The Opportunity:
Are you ready to take your technical expertise to the next level As aTechnical Service Engineer youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our instruments are installed repaired calibrated and validated both in-house and at customer sites. Youll be the go-to person for processing customer requests resolving technical issues and handling general inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively with internal teams suppliers customers and sales representatives will drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. This is your chance to make a significant impact and assist the sales team in identifying solution selling opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
We seek a dynamic individual with aHigh Technical/Professional School Qualificationand over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. A degree-level education is advantageous. You should demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology platforms including CRM tools. Your deep technical and electronic knowledge understanding of our products promotions services and solution offerings and familiarity with our operational processes procedures and policies are essential. Strong verbal written and Microsoft Office skills are a must. Fluency in Italian and English is required with additional languages being a plus. You should be able to work effectively in a matrix organization and possess outstanding interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with various client and supplier types.
