You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Customer Support Agent to join an international support team representing global brands in consumer electronics and e-commerce. In this remote role youll be the first point of contact for customers via email chat phone and social media offering support resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.
Youll receive guided training to help you grow your skills and deliver high-quality service across platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology working with international clients and being part of a diverse remote team.
Proficient in Turkish (C1) and English (B2).
Based in one of the following countries: Bulgaria Cyprus or Greece
Genuinely interested in tech e-commerce and providing excellent service.
Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly.
Able to work independently with a reliable home setup.
(Nice to have) Prior experience in customer service or support roles.
Stable internet: Min. 10 Mbps upload/download with latency under 200ms.
Minimum 8GB RAM.
Operating system: Windows 10 (64-bit) or newer.
Processor: Intel i5-8260U or equivalent.
A smartphone capable of two-factor authentication:
Android 10.0 or iOS 15.0.
