WSS Rental Treatment Sales (UK North)

At Xylem were a team of innovators and problem-solvers dedicated to tackling the worlds most critical water challenges. As we grow were seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Rental Treatment Sales Specialist to join our WSS team.

About the Role

As a key member of our WSS sales team youll be responsible for the sales of rental water treatment solutions across a diverse portfolio of Xylem and Evoqua products. With a strong technical background and customer-centric approach you will uncover client needs design effective water treatment solutions and play a pivotal role in our growth by driving new business and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive rental treatment sales for Xylem and Evoqua treatment products including DAF MBBR UV Ozone and Dewatering solutions.

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers across the Northern UK & Ireland.

  • Identify plan and pursue new sales opportunities ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal and European teams to deliver technical solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Maintain accurate records using Salesforce including customer interactions quotations and tenders.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and contribute to strategic sales and product development initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience (35 years) in technical or solution-based sales preferably in water treatment or the industrial/rental sector.

  • Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in treatment solutions.

  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Results-driven with a proactive and collaborative approach.

  • Valid UK driving license (category B).

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
