Salary 31067 - 35235 Per annum Permanent Full Time 37 hours per week Pro Rata

Hours of work:37 per week working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including work at evenings weekends and statutory holidays as required.

The role will involve being the manager of two or threeteams of staff who support adults with learning disabilities living in their own homes to live the lives they want.

The role will involve working directly alongside the staff teams to ensure effective support to the people who use the service and will include weekend and evening work as well as some on-call and sleep-in duties.

The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a learning disability and will have passionand enthusiasm for making a difference.
