Job Summary
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree and 2 or more years of experience required OR in lieu of degree a HS
Diploma/GED required and 8 or more years of automotive/maintenance experience required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint Excel Word)
Must possess a valid drivers license and comply with TSV pool fleet and DOT policies
Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport-issued ID badge
Demonstrated knowledge of Diesel Engines Electrical systems Hydraulics and Generators

Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate all service activities to meet customer schedules and goals.
Manage daily weekly and monthly performance against established financial goals and metrics.
Check and report on the status of service and act to eliminate delays and parts shortages.
Manage workforce headcount schedules (time off request attendance) payroll and employee relations (discipline).
Manage accurate inventory levels and part tracking.
Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities and employee training needs.
Drive root cause corrective action problem solving initiatives to achieve improved safety quality delivery and cost.
Ensure adequate supply of tools equipment and materials for efficient location operations.
Assist with recommendations regarding workplace layouts service methods and efficiencies by auditing operations to
improve service flow and reduce costs
