Premium Parking is currently seeking a Lot Attendant to monitor maintain and enforce our parking locations in downtown Tulsa.

As a Lot Attendant you would be working a schedule of 7am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.

Qualifications
As a Lot Attendant you will have the responsibility of...
- Ensuringparking locations are clean and free of any debris
- Providingcustomer service including assistance with use of digital pay machines
- Enforcingparking rules and regulations; issuingcitations and/or report violators
- Performing assigned duties and executing special projectsindependently
- Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing
- Auditing rates at pay machines and on our online platform
As a Lot Attendant you will need...
- Abilityto clearly communicate with all personnel
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work primarily outdoors
- Willingness to learn proficiency in using Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
