Description
Join Learning Grove a trusted nonprofit serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As an Assistant Teacher youll help create engaging play-based learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years while supporting lead teachers and building strong relationships with families.
Qualifications:
- CDA required; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Experience with young children preferred
- Strong communication teamwork and classroom management skills
- Commitment to equity inclusion and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom setup and daily activities
- Assist with child development tracking and family engagement
- Maintain a safe clean and nurturing learning environment
- Collaborate with staff to meet high-quality standards
