What Youll Do as Director
As the Director you will lead and grow the Franklin TN Home Health office through strategic planning team development and operational oversight. Your leadership ensures compassionate reliable and high-quality care is delivered to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations budget recruitment and fiscal management.
Ensure quality and compliance of all services delivered by your team.
Train develop and evaluate clinical and office staff.
Cultivate referral relationships and business development opportunities.
Represent BAYADAs core values: compassion excellence and reliability.
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field or current clinical licensure (e.g. RN PT OT) required; Masters degree preferred.
Experience:
At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare (home health strongly preferred).
Proven ability to grow an office manage staff and meet business goals.
Skills:
Knowledge of state home health regulations.
Strong communication organization and leadership skills.
Community networking and relationship-building experience.
Tech-savvy with solid PC skills.
