Responsibilities

The Performance Management Manager assists in the establishment of operational performance metrics and the monitoring of key performance indicators to evaluate efficiency effectiveness cost etc. Institutes policies and procedures that ensure that process changes are sustained. Collaborates with Operational Leaders to include Market and Hospital Presidents CFOs and other senior leadership.

Important note:25% to 50% overnight travel within CommonSpirit Healths Central Region is required.
