Job Description
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars utility and personal transportation vehicles snowmobiles side-by-sides all-terrain vehicles professional turf-care equipment and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories airports to planned communities and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose troubleshoot and repair equipment failures of electrical and gasoline golf cars industrial
vehicles and turf vehicles in the field.
Perform product deliveries retrievals and set-ups to provide continuity of service and maintenance of
accounts.
Proactively manage service schedule and communicate changes with customers to maintain peak efficiency
and highest possible customer satisfaction.
Produce accurate reliable and timely information for all necessary work orders parts orders delivery
reports timesheets and other paperwork as required.
Communicate sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate parties including the service manager
technical representative or designated sales professional.
Manage and maintain all assigned company equipment to include inventory tools assigned company
vehicle and/or trailer.
Able to train new employees to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Comply with all state and local laws while operating company vehicle.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required technical certification/diploma preferred.
Years of Experience: 6 years of mechanical experience previous experience servicing golf cars preferred.
Ability to pass E-Z-GO Platinum Diagnostic Certification.
Must possess a valid drivers license and must comply with TSV Pool Fleet and DOT policies.
