Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories airports to planned communities and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Member of the sales organization responsible for aligning customer requirements with products using technical expertise to promote and ensure customer needs are met.
Support the completion of RFPs and RFQs from customers for Jacobsen equipment.
Ensure each deal is accurately specified and those specs are communicated with the sales operations
team to ensure a seamless order entry process
Answer product and technical questions from all customers throughout the sales process for all product lines.
Collect customer feedback throughout the sales process to report back to the product strategy engineering and operations teams in order to support continuous improvement.
Maintain positions in industry groups and communicate updates to the sales and product strategy teams.
Support commissioning demo opportunities and follow-up with customers as needed.
Attend customer meetings and exhibitions to provide technical input to customers and promote products from a technical standpoint.
Education: Bachelors degree required in Business or related field
Years of Experience: 7 or more years of relevant experience
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office SAP Salesforce
Travel Requirements: 40%
