Blevins Inc. a financially strong privately owned wholesaler of building supplies is searching for an experienced HVAC Warranty Representative in our Corporate office located in Nashville TN.

Each branch location is a free-standing profit center within the multi-branch company.
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting service companies in completing claims for warranty repairs
- Verifying the coverage on their specific equipment.
- Locating part numbers to process warranty part orders.
- Processing the claims in our system as well as to the manufacturer for payment
- Tracking claims until completed
- Communicating with vendors homeowners and service contractors via phone and email.

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- HVAC warranty experience desired
- Customer service and professional phone etiquette skills
- Excellent computer skills and data entry required
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
