Key Competencies
Ability to manage third party QA teams
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Expertise in test automation and CI/CD integration
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication skills
Experience:
8 years in software quality assurance with at least 3 years in a management role
Experience managing both manual and automated QA teams
Hands-on experience with manual test case management and exploratory testing
Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium Appium Cypress etc.)
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab etc.)
Proven track record of reducing defects and improving release efficiency
Strong background in performance and security testing
