We are hiring a Project Hybrid Energy Technician with experience in Industrial Battery and Solar generation with the purpose of supporting maintenance repair and reliability of our hybrid power solutions. All locations in Australia FIFO- Perth or Brisbane Based

What Youll Do:
- Fault find Inspect and maintain and Solar BESS and Thermal power equipment inline with operating procedures.
- Maintain test and repair associated control and communications systems.
- Maintain test and repair associated HV LV ELV and protection systems.
- Work with electrical engineers and to assist with onsite technical issues.
- Drive retrofit and checklist completion.
- Liaise with Aggreko engineers and operators to highlight and rectify issues proactively.
- Review industry best practises to ensure company solutions are aligned with current trends and expectations.
- Review process data and perform analyses to detect present and potential system/equipment problems as required.
- Mentor other staff to gain experience and competence in areas of your subject matter expertise.
Youll Have the Following Skills and Experience:
- A Grade Electrical Licence is required.
- Practical experience solar and BESS systems.
- Practical experience with communication and controls.
- Would be advantageous to have some experience in protection systems.
- Would be advantageous to have experience in HV maintenance and testing.
- Understanding of relevant Australian standards and control system safety considerations.
- Network and Communications endorsement.
- Would be advantageous to have experience in thermal power generation.
