NO WEEKENDS! NO CALL! NO TRAUMA! ASC WORK ONLY!
Part-Time work (2-3 days per week)
Are you a skilled certified surgical technician (CST) looking forward to a daytime schedule and better work-life balance Do you have a passion for precision and excellence in pain and spine procedures Join our clients dynamic surgical team at an outpatient surgery center in McKinney TX where your expertise will be valued and you can learn new things every day! Experience in vascular orthopedic or spine surgery settings preferred.

Only Ambulatory Surgery Center: No trauma only regular scheduled procedures.

What You Will Do...
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments equipment and sterile fields for pain and spine procedures.
- Assist the surgical team during operations ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and maintain sterile techniques throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons RNs and other team members to optimize patient care.
- Participate in pre- and post-operative duties including equipment checks and inventory management.
Youll Know Youre a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...
- Current CST certification and proven experience in the medical field especially in pain management and spine procedures.
- Ortho and/or vascular experience preferred
- A solid understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
- An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate surgical team needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced precision-focused environment.
- A commitment to maintaining a patient-first approach.
