The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations and subsequent planning execution of therapy programs for children with neuromotor dysfunction sensory integrative disorders and emotional disturbances. The occupational therapist will participate in intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary training programs for staff parents and community agencies. The occupational therapist will be involved in the supervision of OT students COTAs and volunteers/ aides and maintain appropriate student records. In addition the OT II will develop and coordinate student and staff education programs within area of specialty and assure the continuity in education programs demonstrating leadership and high level of expertise in their specialty area. The OT II has the potential to participate in clinical research within specialty area.
