Facility Maintenance Tech (Temp-to-Hire)
Location:Houston TX 77073
Shift:M-F 4am-4pm or 5am-5pm with weekends and OT as needed
Pay:$25-$30/ hour
Candidate should possess experience in the following:
Welding

Welding
- Mig/ Stick - Doesnt need to be Certified.
- Grinding
- Torch & Plasma Cutting
- must have experience with up to 480V
- Single Phase 120 VAC Wiring
- Bending Conduit
- Wire a 120VAC Light Switch
- Single Pole
- 3 Way
- 4 Way
- Wire a 120VAC Wall Outlet
- Install a 1 Phase 240VAC Appliance Outlet with proper thermal protection.
- Forklift
- Articulated / Scissor Lifts
- Work at Height
- Hoses Copper PEX PVC etc.
- Pressure Washing
- Residential Painting
HVAC
- experience with compressors
Required Experience:
