Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.


We are looking for highly skilled and professional digital marketing manager who will join our Commercial Operation team in its mission to improve Patient Journey and Customer Experience through innovative marketing & digital solutions using Data-driven Insights. This role requires driving customer engagement across all digital channels through customer activation content strategy and media activities.

An ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a strong customer orientation high execution ability and analytical skills.

Proven experience in creating content for targeted audiences executing social media campaigns and designing and implementing digital customer journeys is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the companys digital transformation projects and collaboration with healthcare ecosystem stakeholders with an emphasis on HCCs.
  • Create and optimize customer digital journeys manage strategic campaigns and analyze customer insights across all channels and touch points.
  • Support BU in its broad audience campaigns and suggest alternative new channels to reach out our targeted HCCs.
  • Develop and manage digital assets social media activities and digital solutions to enhance the patient experience provide valuable information and aid in simplifying the patient journey.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or above.
  • Extensive and proven experience in digital marketing plan creation Go-to-market execution cross-channels and cross- platforms including social Media campaigns customer facing websites and collaborating with relevant partners and influencers to create business impact.
  • Proven experience in analyzing large amounts of information within a digital customer journey drawing conclusions and making data-based recommendations.
  • A high level of storytelling abilities and strong presentation skills (Hebrew and English) innovative and creative thinking curious and an independent learner.
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies.
  • Influencing skills and ability to lead change across multi-functional teams.
  • Agility & resilience with a proactive attitude.
