Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in revolutionizing the future of criminal justice technology CGI Federal is currently seeking Scrum Masters with active Secret clearances to support a large project for a federal government client.
This position is located in Winchester VA.
Facilitate and guide all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Scrum meetings Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor the development team on Agile practices and Scrum principles.
Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing user stories.
Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the teams progress.
Understand visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.
Cultivate a collaborative and transparent work environment within the team.
Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
Continuously enhance the teams Agile practices through retrospectives and process optimization.
Coordinate development and integration testing across multiple teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. design QA) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor team progress metrics and velocity.
Stay informed about the latest Agile trends and best practices.
Bachelors degree in business Information Technology or related discipline.
Minimum of 8-10 years experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role
Amazon Web Services Microsoft Azure Cloud teams works in an Agile SCRUM framework with maximum transparency and
accountability with the staff divided into multiple teams that adapt to current and new priorities.
Guides the team through SAFe Agile and SCRUM ceremonies including but not limited to daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint demos and retrospectives facilitating team collaboration by ensuring communication and resolving any blockers that arise during the sprint

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88200.00 - $190900.00.
