- Bilingual: Spanish and English.

- Experience in:
- IT systems Business Analyst.
- Formulate an IT solution for a business problem.
- Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Performs work using existing standards methodologies and processes and understands other systems/business processes.
- Investigates alternativesthat use existing applications. Develops test plans and conducts.

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- The Business Systems Analyst is the primary liaison between the IT and business areas.
- Prepares develops and conducts clients and systems training. Completes project tasks within time and budget constraints. Identifies and implements process improvements.
- Works with clients on activities of moderate complexity; consults with clients and senior IT personnel to develop solutions to business or technical problems.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Applies and executes standard information systems theories concepts and techniques and assists in the development of standards and procedures.
- Partners with Corporate service providers to investigate alternatives which use of existing applications.
- Conducts training with peers and business partners.
- Comprehensive understanding of MES system setup configuration interface and system abilities.
- Manages initiatives according to milestones and within budget constraints.
- Identifies and implements process improvements.
- Independently conceives and develops general approaches to develop business requirements and business use cases.
- Determines and develops approach to identify root cause of issues. Propose solutions and properly document and follow processes through to resolution.
- Work is reviewed for soundness of business judgment and to determine if overall results and objectives have been achieved.
