Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is searching for aFood and Beverage Supervisorto join their talented management team!
At Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace our guests experience a perfect mix of excitement and relaxation at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. Relax in our private cabanas with crafted cocktails from Shades float away your worries in our lazy river or let loose in our on-site arcade.
The ideal candidate will be a confident hands-on leader with strong food and beverage experience excellent interpersonal skills and a solid grasp of operational standards. They will support multiple high-volume outlets including bars a pool bar a market three meal-period restaurants and IRD. A strong floor presence team accountability and the ability to excel in a fast-paced multi-outlet environment are essential. Hotel leadership and union experience are preferred along with beverage knowledge.
Shift Pattern: Flexibility with schedules weekdays weekends and holidays. MID and PM shifts as early as 12PM and finishing as late as 12AM-1AM.
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Restaurant Supervisor you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
