Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality evidence-based physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic.
Oversee the integrity and clinical excellence of rehabilitation programs.
Develop implement and monitor treatment plans documentation and billing compliance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure patient progress and satisfaction.
Foster strong relationships with patients and referring physicians.
Participate in ongoing staff development mentoring and performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current California Physical Therapist License in good standing.
Demonstrated clinical competency and knowledge of outpatient therapy protocols.
CPR certification (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain consistent attendance and deliver patient-centered care.
