Position Summary
The Chicago School University Library seeks an energetic innovative service-oriented and collaborative professional to serve as an Access Services Associate.
This is a full-time on-campus position primarily located at the Washington D.C. campus of The Chicago School. Remote work may be considered depending on campus operations and library needs. This position works a regular Monday-Friday schedule; occasional weekend coverage may be required.
Reporting to the Head of Access Services Librarian this position provides regular coverage of the library circulation desk in Washington D.C. oversees daily operations for library materials and manages library student employees. Areas of responsibility include circulation reserves Interlibrary Loan stacks management hours and coordination with building operations staff.
This is a supervisory position that directly manages the library student employees (Federal/College Work Study) in Washington D.C. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring training scheduling and direct supervision of library student employees. This position may also assist with remote oversight of student employees at other library locations.

This opportunity is budgeted at $21-$25 per hour base compensation. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
