Job Description
- Enter customer orders into our ERP system (Global Shop) accurately and promptly
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness before processing
- Collection of relevant customer information and creation of new customers into our ERP
- Communication with customers to confirm order details and correct any discrepancies or issues
- Ensure product availability and coordinate with other departments to facilitate order fulfillment
- Update customer records as necessary
- Resolve order related issues and escalate complex issues
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries as related to their orders
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for this new and developing role
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous customer service data entry or inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General computer skills including Office Teams Word Excel PowerPoint.
- Must be able to read write and speak English fluently.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
