**Responsibilities:**
- Understand and implement the dealerships sales process.
- Manage every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate our extensive inventory.
- Maintain and update daily inventory reports.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create and review monthly plans.
- Uphold dealership standards for Customer Service Index Gross Average and monthly unit targets.
- Stay up-to-date on products market trends and certification requirements.
- Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively.
**Benefits:**
- Pay range for this position:$50000 - $150000
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience and education
