As our Senior Compensation Manager youll work across the business to build and evolve our reward programmes making sure theyre competitive equitable and future-ready. Heres what youll be working on with the support of our Reward Analysts:

You are a technical Compensation expert with deep experience of UK and global compensation within fast paced and scaling technology companies (the FS experience is a nice to have) and have:
