What youll be doing
The Senior Consultant Capital Management is responsible for supporting the development of automated infrastructure and processes for our risk transfer program structuring and executing new transactions enhancing data and operations completing the regulatory and investor reporting and other processes related to existing transactions and identifying strategies to optimize capital and balance sheet.

How youll succeed
- Produce and Prepare- Produce and maintain existing and new risk transfer transaction portfolios (replenishment performance and reporting) and working with relevant stakeholders to complete reviews and control processes. Preparing financial/capital impact analysis related to existing and new transactions including gathering and preparing data cost/benefits and scenarios analysis.
- Report- Reporting of the transactions including portfolio/investor reporting other reporting to meet with investor requirements. Monthly regulatory capital reporting process to ensure correct regulatory capital reporting related to securitization transactions. Drive progress on data and operation enhancement initiatives
- Business Partner Relationships- Partner with Technology Risk and other stakeholders in building a system solution for managing risk transfer transactions by providing business requirements conducting user testing and assisting with coordination required for delivery
- Monitor- Monitoring of credit quality movement of the securitized portfolios. Assist in new transaction launch / initiatives including performing quantitative analyses reviewing transaction documents preparing investor presentations
Who you are
- You are a certified graduate. Graduate or undergraduate degree in business finance and other related quantitative disciplines (economics engineering mathematics) or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- You can demonstrate experience. Minimum 2-5 years of experiences with exposure to one or more of the following: credit origination credit risk analysis/management regulatory capital financial analysis. Knowledge in regulatory capital requirements including securitization would be an asset
- Youre goal oriented. Highly motivated self starter and a quick learner
- You are analytical. Strong analytical and quantitative skills including experience in effectively using various analytical tools (Excel Power BI Python SQL etc). Strong problem solving and analytical skills to support decision making. Strong and mature communication and inter-personal skills
