Experience& Other Requirements:
Three (3) yearsexperience as a router specialist operator which includes two (2) yearsexperience with numerical controlled systems machining composite materials.

Bell-Textron Inc. is seeking a CoreProfiler to support our Rotor Systems Center location at our Fort Worth/HurstTexas location.
Sets up and operatesnumerical controlled computer numerical controlled cutting equipment used totrim and machine various fibrous materials to size. Selects proper cutters andmakes setups as necessary to position and hold materials for profiling. Must becapable of setting up and coordinating controls to detail parts through the useof numerical control data and be capable of making adjustments to hold requiredtolerances. Checks parts against templates and blueprints. Must be able totriangulate lay out own work for making replacements experimental orfirst-run parts with or without tools.
