Job Description
Job Title: Procurement Manager Critical Infrastructure
Location: Onsite Irving TX
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $120000 $145000 Bonus
Overview:
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end procurement strategy and for high-performance compute infrastructure including power cooling networking and construction services. The Procurement Manager will partner with engineering and operations to ensure critical equipment and services are sourced and delivered on schedule within budget and in line with technical and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead procurement strategies for data center infrastructure and long-lead materials

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers service providers and OEMs
-
Manage vendor performance SLAs logistics and risk mitigation plans

Align procurement planning with project schedules and capital budgets

Ensure compliance with regulatory ESG and internal sourcing policies

Analyze supplier markets forecast demand and identify cost reduction opportunities
Required Qualifications:
-
7 years in procurement with experience in critical infrastructure or data center categories

Strong knowledge of sourcing UPS systems generators cooling equipment and network gear

Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement tools (e.g. SAP Oracle Coupa)

Proven track record in contract negotiation supplier management and global logistics

Bachelor s degree required; Master s CPSM or PMP preferred

Ability to travel 10 20
