Job Description

Tasks
Curation of ACIDs monthly multi-roaster program including sample selection cupping and final decisions.
Constant dialogue with roasters producers and sourcing partners.
Monthly internal cuppings and tastings with staff across both cities.
Quality control protocols in both Berlin shops.
Designing and leading coffee trainings and ongoing education for the team.
Supporting baristas in technique knowledge and development.
Collaborating closely with the leadership team in both Madrid and Berlin.
Occasional travel to origin trade shows and between cities
Requirements
Proven experience in specialty coffee with a deep understanding of sourcing extraction and sensory analysis.
Strong communication skills written verbal interpersonal in English (German or Spanish are a plus).
Someone highly organized adaptable and confident in taking decisions.
Ability to teach lead and motivate a team with calm and clarity.
A sense of responsibility but also openness and curiosity.
Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate)
