Job Description
Job Title: Project Estimator
Location:Tulsa OK
Shift:1st Shift MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay:$17$18/hour based on experience

Description:
Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking a motivated and detail-orientedProject Estimatorto join our clients team. This is a direct hire position offering long-term stability and career growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills high attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales Specialist to generate accurate customer quotes within 2448 hours
- Utilize provided information to prepare comprehensive itemized quotes
- Research products and services as needed to determine accurate production costs
- Ensure all quote details are entered accurately and delivered in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers within 72 hours of quote delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process and convert approved quotes into sales orders within 24 hours
- Track the progress of active sales orders and communicate updates as necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and quoting/order processing software
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
