Pre-Sales Planning & Execution
Own and deliver an impactful pre-sales campaign to drive early sign-ups and local awareness prior to the gyms opening. Coordinate with marketing teams attend outreach events and ensure lead capture and follow-up processes are in place.
Local Marketing & Outreach
Build partnerships with local businesses community groups and influencers to establish the gym within the local area and generate ongoing leads.
Sales & Retention Growth
Champion the live member movement by leading on new member sales retention strategies and upselling across all revenue lines (e.g. memberships PT and secondary spend).
Team Leadership & Development
Support and coach the wider team in delivering exceptional service selling confidently using our FUNDAMENTALS sales process and living our elevated ways of working.
Member Experience
Be a visible leader on the gym floor and at reception ensuring every interaction enhances the member experience. Handle feedback proactively and champion a member-first culture.
Performance Monitoring & Strategy
Monitor KPIs via dashboards report performance insights and deliver monthly sales presentations to management.
Operational Support
Support the GM in operational excellence including H&S maintenance recruitment and club standards.
