Were looking for a friendly flexible and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
This is a hands-on dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. Youll be a key part of our boutique hotel experience ensuring our guests feel welcome well cared for and delighted from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Assist with food and beverage service in our caf bar or during in-room dining
- Provide local recommendations handle guest requests and respond to feedback promptly
- Deliver orders clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area
- Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records
Qualifications :
To be successful you will have:
- Previous hospitality experience across front office and/or F&B (preferred)
- A positive adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills
- Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and evenings
- RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
