Youll play a key role in positioning both Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat as premier destinations for group sporting and golf travel. This is a fantastic opportunity to blend your love for sport with your sales expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving growth across the golf and sporting groups market through proactive sales activity
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase group bookings and revenue
- Managing key accounts including sports clubs leisure operators schools and associations
- Generating leads creating proposals and converting enquiries into confirmed business
- Representing the resort and retreat at trade events tournaments and industry functions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of group experiences
- Coordinating site inspections familiarisations and client meetings
- Tracking performance managing CRM records and reporting on key metrics
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in sales preferably in hospitality tourism or the sporting industry
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of hitting targets
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to driving growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A genuine passion for golf or sporting groups and an understanding of this market
- Highly organised proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
