Job Description
- Collaborate with Product Owners Scrum Teams and stakeholders to define project scope goals and business value
- Develop and maintain Agile delivery plans roadmaps and resource profiles
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives)
- Undertaking standard RAID analysis and establishing the project governance structure and processes.
- Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs and contingency plans.
- Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified mitigated and communicated.
- Ensure effective governance and alignment with organisational objectives
- Track and report progress using Agile metrics (e.g. burndown charts velocity)
- Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Align cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify and address process gaps; implement improvements and compliance documentation
- Create and maintain key project documentation (e.g. Project Initiation Document project plans status reports)
- Monitor and control project progress to ensure delivery within agreed time cost and quality constraints
- Report to the Project Steering Group Sponsor Programme Manager and Executive stakeholders; escalate issues and initiate corrective actions as needed
- On-site presence required at the customer location
Qualifications :
You will have:
Essential:
- Overall strong Project Management capabilities 5 -10 years Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing Agile projects in complex environments
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and principles
- Excellent communication facilitation and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps Confluence)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong risk management and governance capabilities
- Experience in Business / Compliance / Process delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of PRINCE 2 or PMP and practical experience of same.
- Budget management commercial and Customer experience.
- Full SDLC experience.
- Excellent team motivator.
- Experience in using standard Project Management and MS Office tools inc. MS Project Excel Word and Visio.
- Excellent command of English.
