We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Research Analyst I with experience in conducting applied research and a passion for improving healthcare through technology and education. This role will support the responsible AI project based out of the Digital Compassion Lab and is focused on designing innovative educational programs that empower healthcare professionals to use AI-enabled tools responsibly.
Our mission at the Digital Compassion Lab is to change healthcare delivery for all by designing and evaluating thoughtful digital technologies. that are compassionate and empowering to patients as well as healthcare professionals. We work tirelessly with local and international minds from multidisciplinary areas like education design technology informatics and health fields to transform health systems around the globe.
Embedded within Toronto General Hospital we are a part of one of the largest medical research centres in North America and have unparalleled access to insights from those who use our healthcare system the most - patients and their clinicians. Due to this unique positioning and our vast skill set our work is making an impact right now in the areas of adoption of artificial intelligence knowledge management approaches to promote continuing professional development and compassionate care delivery when using digital technologies.
