Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at Oetiker. In this hands-on role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and precision.
As a key part of the production process you will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Start up operate and shut down production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Continuously monitor parts during production to ensure they meet quality standards
Feed raw materials into machines and clear material jams as needed
Perform accurate data entry for production and quality transactions using a computer system
Conduct routine visual inspections of finished products to identify defects
Follow all safety quality and production protocols and report any issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Comfortable working with machinery and mechanical systems
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
