As a Housekeeping Manager you will:
- Supervises and motivates all housekeeping personnel with daily supervision to include staffing training discipline scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction
- Participates in interviewing and hiring team members with the appropriate skills
- Maintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness resort-wide
- Assign duties to supervisors while inspecting team members
- Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups
- Conduct performance reviews
- Manage and monitor assigned buildings
Qualifications :
- Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping management.
- Prior experience with HotSOS property management system highly preferred.
- Must be able to lift push pull 50lbs.
- Work in all outdoor weather conditions.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
