Job Description
Performs the daily verification of invoices according to content: invoice date course date VAT form format;
Checks open orders;
Provides support for the completion of statistical declarations and documentation for import-export operations;
Performs material calculations;
Provides support for indirect procurement activity;
Performs local administrative activities related to fleet management including the management of travel logs;
Manages the activity regarding the monthly travel forms of colleagues / travel arranger;
Receives sorts and sends correspondence;
Provides support in correspondence with external partners;
Responsible for completing the physical and electronic archive (contracts other legal documents);
Supports colleagues in preparing reports completing questionnaires.
Qualifications :
- Ongoing University studies;
- Economic knowledge;
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
- English level- advanced;
- Attention to details;
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
