- To lead and implement the HR policies procedures and align HR activities.
- To monitor HR Analytics to enhance employee productivity.
- To design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- To identify critical roles through a robust succession planning process.
- To build organizational capability aligned with business strategy.
- To support the operations and sales team in identifying and developing high-potential talent.
- To ensure structured and transparent implementation of the performance management process and to provide the necessary facilitation and support to employees and stakeholders.
- To prepare and manage payroll monthly while ensuring timely closure of all payroll-related processes such as attendance leaves provident fund promotions transfers grievances employees records etc.
- To lead employee relations for the store and to ensure compliance with all labor law and legal requirements.
Qualifications :
Minimum Graduation preferably in HR
