The Role
Were looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify new business opportunities and kickstart conversations with future customers. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives on learning connecting and driving value. Youll be the first point of contact for many prospects and a critical part of our go-to-market strategy. Youll also have a clear path toward closing mid-market accounts as you grow in your role.
What Youll Be Doing
- Prospect Present & Qualify: Identify prospect and engage with target accounts through email phone LinkedIn and other channels. Set qualified meetings and drive pipeline growth.
- Research & Craft Personalized Messaging: Research companies and buyers to tailor outreach that speaks directly to their needs and pain points.
- Sales Development: Become an expert in Cargo Signals solutions positioning our platform as a game-changing tool in logistics.
- Maintain CRM & Track Activity: Log activity and keep pipeline data clean and accurate in HubSpot and other sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities hitting KPIs for meetings booked and outreach made.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and sales teams to refine target messaging and improve lead qualifications.
- Customer Support: Occasionally engage with customers to provide feedback resolve minor issues or assist with ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 02 years of experience in a sales business development or customer-facing role (Logistics or SaaS a plus)
- Grit curiosity and a drive to learn and win every day
- Strong communication skills especially over the phone and email
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot LinkedIn Navigator ZoomInfo etc.) or a strong willingness to learn fast
- Passion for supply chain technology and helping customers operate smarter
- Ability to manage time prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable with feedback and excited to grow into a closing role over time
