As our fleet grows so does the need for fast reliable support. Youll be the first point of contact when our customers need assistance on the road working closely with our Rostock team to provide world-class service by phone and email. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

As a breakdown assistance technician youll receive damage and breakdown reports from our customers by phone and independently coordinate all necessary measures such as arranging a towing company. Youll organize replacement vehicles forward breakdowns to the manufacturer within the scope of mobility and assist our customers with any questions regarding the above-mentioned topics.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • You are fluent in both German and English with excellent communication skills.

  • You are passionate about customer service and enjoy providing support and solutions to clients.

  • You bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role.

  • You are familiar with MS Office tools and comfortable working with digital systems.

  • You thrive in a remote work environment and are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

  • You are proactive solution-oriented and always focused on delivering the best possible customer experience.
