Job Description

Position Overview:Gloucester High Schools Dean of Students and Student Operations plays a vital role in fostering a positiveand supportive learning environment for students in grades 10 through 12. Reporting to the Principal theDean of Students will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the high school focusing on studentlife behavior support and the cultivation of a thriving school culture. This position requires a strongleader with exceptional interpersonal organizational and problem-solving skills as well as acommitment to the intellectual and social development of high school students. The Dean of Students andStudent Operations will also play a critical role in building management operations and facilities. TheDean will also supervise and evaluate teaching staff and provide crucial support to the Principal in theoverall leadership of the student body
