Job summary

At NHBC were proud to be raising standards in the house-building industry and now were looking for a creative and confident Assistant Video Producer to help us bring that mission to life through dynamic video and photography content. Youll be part of a small but mighty in-house team producing visually engaging material for everything from social media campaigns and internal comms to high-profile events. If you love filming editing storytelling and want to create work that makes a difference this could be the role for you.

What youll be doing

• Filming and editing high-quality on-brand video content for internal and external use
• Capturing professional photography from headshots to live events
• Supporting concept development storyboarding and shoot planning
• Working with stakeholders across NHBC including senior leaders to bring messages to life
• Managing post-production with precision including sound colour and motion graphics
• Helping grow NHBCs video presence across channels like LinkedIn Instagram and YouTube
• Organising and maintaining kit digital files and visual assets
• Supporting the Video Producer and wider team on creative storytelling projects

What were looking for

• Confident video editor with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects etc.
• Skilled camera operator with experience filming in a range of environments
• Someone with a creative eye strong attention to detail and a passion for great content
• Excellent communicator able to put people at ease on camera and take a brief with clarity
• Photography experience (events headshots corporate photography etc)
• Happy working independently and on-site at events or filming days
• A positive collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
