Job Description

Hiring: National Accounts Director Long Beach CA

Position: National Accounts Director
Location: Southern California (Long Beach Area)
Salary: Up to $130K Commission
Travel: 50% (as needed)

About the Role

As a National Accounts Director youll be at the forefront of driving aggressive revenue growth by leading high-level sales strategies managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities. Youll play a critical role in expanding our customer base negotiating strategic partnerships and ensuring seamless logistics and transportation solutions for our clients.

What Youll Do

Own the entire sales pipelinefrom prospecting to deal closure
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy for national accounts
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers
Negotiate pricing contracts and multi-modal logistics solutions (LTL FTL Air Ocean Brokerage)
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines forecasts and customer engagement
Partner with internal teams to optimize pricing strategies and account execution
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients (50% travel) to strengthen relationships
Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine business strategies

What You Bring

5 years of experience in transportation logistics or supply chain sales
Proven ability to close high-value deals and grow national accounts
Strong expertise in LTL FTL Air Ocean and Brokerage services (preferred)
A hunter mentalitydriven to identify target and win new business
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced evolving market
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
