Supply Intern (Summer Intern): Responsible for supporting the Parts & Supplies department with daily duties.
Workplace Type: Onsite in-person required
Office Location: Gaithersburg MD
Essential Duties:
- Check in materials and put away inventory
- Keep warehouse clean
- Load and unload shipment of parts supplies and equipment
- Assist with will-call
- Order entry
- Showroom replenishment
- General administrative duties
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Current high school technical or college student
- Self-starter deadline and detail oriented bright organized follows instructions
- Hardworking punctual reliable willing to learn positive attitude
- Produces quality work
- Warehouse and inventory experience is a plus
- Able to drive a forklift is a plus
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally and 30lbs on a frequent basis
- Ability to climb ladders bend and kneel and have good eyesight and hearing to safely work in the warehouse
