PROGRAM ASSISTANT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) Center for Transportation & Logistics will support admissions and academic services; maintain admissions database and communications; coordinate webinars prospective student visits and fellowship administration; assist with student onboarding and academic recordkeeping; update student resources and program websites; attend meetings and track action items; coordinate academic events such as orientations luncheons capstone presentations and guest speakers; manage logistics including catering budgets and event materials; support SCM staff faculty and student initiatives. Job Requirements
REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent;a minimum ofthree years of administrative office or related experience; strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office; attention to detail and discretion with confidential information; flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend events or travel. PREFERRED: Bachelors degree; experience with MIT systems (e.g. GradApply Buy2Pay Concur); familiarity with Drupal FileMaker Pro Tableau or Google Data Studio; and experience in higher education particularly admissions or academic services.
