Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant Home Visits (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Important: Applicants must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Delaware or hold a compact PTA license. If you are not licensed or have not graduated from an accredited PTA program your application will not be considered.

Physical Therapist Assistant Education & Licensure
DE Physical Therapist Assistant license or PTA Compact license (Required)
Associates or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Required)
BLS/CPR Certification (Preferred)
Valid drivers license clean MVA record car insurance (Required)
