Role Purpose:
The Delegated Authority (DA) Operations team at Everest is looking for a DA Analyst to join the growing division. The fundamentals of the team are to support the pre and post bind functionality of business processes and procedures administration and analysis around the oversight and governance of Delegated Authority (DA) facilities including bordereaux receipts across Everest platforms ensuring the business has been processed in compliance with regulatory minimum standards.
The individual will focus on the post binding phase and will be based in Madrid or London initially supporting the UK&I business. As we grow there will be an opportunity to support broader markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and deliver management information and reporting.
Own Estimated Premium Income (EPI) analysis collaborating with Underwriting Credit Control and DA team members.
Lead the analysis Conduct Management Information partnering with Claims Vendor Management for governance of high conduct risk Coverholders/MGAs.
Manage Employers Liability administration including monitoring audits and stakeholder coordination.
Act as Compliance Champion liaising with the Compliance team.
Handle Profit Commission analysis and engage with stakeholders for transparency.
Monitor and resolve DA Credit Control issues.
Key Accountabilities:
Prepare and submit Committee reports.
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis tasks.
Oversee conduct oversight responsibilities for high-risk Coverholders/MGAs.
Ensure accuracy in Profit Commission analysis and stakeholder communication.
Manage Employers Liability exposure and maintain audit-ready databases.
Promote adherence to Everests compliance framework.
Assist DA Team Managers and stakeholders with timely reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry ideally within Delegated Underwriting in the London Market
Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables Vlookup Sumif).
Problem solving ability.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks.
English and Spanish language skills desirable (verbal and written)
Working towards insurance professional qualifications desired.
Must be numerate
