How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide
Responsibilities:
Customer Reporting Support: Assist Engagement Partners in their reporting activities to customers by providing support with sales and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Global Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of global processes focusing on the optimization of reports the efficiency of our operational approach and the enhancement of the GIO Business Intelligence (BI) structure.
Financial Exercises: Support the collection of assumptions from customers during Request for Forecast (RF) and Target exercises.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively in a cross-functional manner within the GIO organization and collaborate with external customers to achieve common goals.

Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting concepts.
Comfortable working with data and potentially BI tools (training will be provided).
Understanding of sales and operational KPIs is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Customer-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
Excellent Communication Skills: Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
Analytical Skills and Rigor: Exhibits strong analytical abilities and a meticulous approach to work.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Suggest relevant fields like Business Administration Finance Data Science Engineering etc..
Fluency in both French and English is essential.
Strong interest in data analysis process improvement and customer interaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
